In a further step, EJOT Baubefestigungen GmbH will also be integrated into EJOT SE & Co. KG on April 1st, 2022. Please use the VAT-ID: DE 126 587 844 from this date on.
The continuance of all current contractual relationships of EJOT GmbH & Co. KG and EJOT Baubefestigungen GmbH will not be affected by the change of corporate form. EJOT SE & Co. KG will automatically replace these two companies as their legal successor. Our foreign companies will keep their legal forms and their usual structure.
With the transformation into a European public limited company in the year of the 100th anniversary of our company we place greater emphasis on the ongoing internationalisation and raise this to an even more professional level in operational terms.
Even after the change into a European public limited company EJOT will remain a family owned and managed business. This means that the entrepreneurial stability and solidity that have characterized our company in the past will be ensured in the future as well.
